We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements or whose treatment we determine would not be in their best interest.
4. Appointments and Scheduling
4.1 Booking
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details and relevant medical history.
4.2 Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please review the details and contact us immediately if there are any errors or if you need to make changes.
4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 4.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
5. Consultations and Informed Consent
Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to:
- Complete a comprehensive intake form and medical questionnaire
- Attend a consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, and any concerns
- Review and sign an informed consent form specific to your treatment
Informed consent forms will explain the nature of the treatment, expected results, potential risks and complications, aftercare instructions, and alternative treatments. You have the right to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers before proceeding with any treatment.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Deposits may be required for certain treatments or packages.
6.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, refunds are generally not available once a treatment has been performed. Refunds for unused portions of treatment packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Promotional packages and discounted services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations
7.1 Individual Results
Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and results depend on various factors including individual physiology, adherence to aftercare instructions, and lifestyle factors.
7.2 Risks and Complications
All medical aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. These will be explained during your consultation and outlined in your informed consent form. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7.3 Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for specific treatments. You must disclose your complete medical history accurately. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it would not be safe or appropriate for you.
8. Aftercare and Follow-Up
Following your treatment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully to ensure optimal results and minimize complications. If you experience any unexpected side effects or concerns, contact us immediately. Follow-up appointments may be recommended and should be scheduled as advised.
